CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Client Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Consultations are non-refundable Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will transfer to your new appointment. However, cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
