CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Client Please take a moment to read through the following policies before booking: Cancellations and No Shows: Any cancellation or no show with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: A 15 minute grace period is given. After that, your appointment will be considered a no show, and 50% of the service charge will still apply. Consultations are non refundable. Deposit Policy: A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 24 hours notice is given. Reschedules or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Online Booking: A valid card on file is required and is only charged due to policy violations. Acceptable Forms Of Payment: Credit Card, Cash, Apple Pay, Checks and In person Payment Plans.
